  • 24-hour phone/email & text support
  • Tangible tools and techniques to help you remove blocks and limiting beliefs
  • Mindset work and visualisation practice
  • Access to coaching materials (i.e. negative thinking tools & techniques, self-acceptance sheets, visualisation, affirmations, confidence tools)
  • Sit down via Zoom or phone weekly or bi-weekly
  • Sessions can last between 1 - 2 hours depending (flexible)

    • This programme is the kick start you need to get you going on your way to success

    • Discovery sessions to find out what you want and what’s holding you back
    • Tangible tools and techniques to help you remove blocks and limiting beliefs
    • Mindset work and visualisation practice

    • Sessions can last between 1 - 2 hours depending on availability

      The Mummy Mentorship

      What is it?

      • A tailored coaching and mentoring programme for postpartum Mums or Mums-to-be, to help you navigate your new world. Motherhood is an intense range of emotions, so in love and happy, yet so lonely, tired and overwhelmed. Having a baby is a major life adjustment. When a baby is born, the Mother is also born. But you’re left to figure it out and it’s overwhelming! Sometimes it feels impossible to cope, especially with sleep deprivation.
      • Through this 1:1 coaching programme with Charlotte, she will coach and mentor you through your Mum worries and challenges.

      How does it work?

      • Personalised coaching plan, focusing on the issues & areas we need to change/develop through your Motherhood journey. Whether it’s identity, postpartum body acceptance, relationship conflict with your partner, managing Mum guilt, managing emotions, juggling it all, fear, worry, and anxiety)
      • Focus on finding solutions to your problems such as making time for Mummy, finding yourself and identity, managing your emotions better, creating a clear & confident Mummy mindset, clarity and control over your family life, better balance, you becoming the CEO of your life and your family!)
